1. Contract Between Us
- Full payment must be received before we can accept your order.
- Once payment is received, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address provided.
- Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between you and 8YardKilt.
2. Our Right to Refuse Your Order
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Stock unavailability – If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfill your order.
- Delivery restrictions – If we do not ship to your location.
- Pricing errors – If a product was mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or supplier pricing issues.
2.2 If we decline your order, we will notify you via email and refund any amount deducted from your payment method within 30 days. We are not liable for any further compensation.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All product prices are listed on our website.
- Additional charges, such as delivery fees, may apply and are displayed at checkout.
- Orders are processed in USD, and displayed prices in other currencies are approximate. Prices may slightly fluctuate between order placement and dispatch.
4. Order Cancellations
4.1 You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of purchase without penalty. No reason for cancellation is required. This policy applies only to regular in stock items and is not valid for custom or made-to-order products.
4.2 To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing at support@8yardkilt.com.
4.3 If the order has already been shipped, you must return the goods at your own cost and risk. Do not open the package if it has already been dispatched.
4.4 Custom made garments (special orders) are non refundable, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.
4.5 Refunds will be processed within 30 days after cancellation confirmation.
4.6 If returned goods are damaged, altered, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct applicable costs before issuing a refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- We strive to deliver all orders within 30 days from the order date.
- Ownership of goods is transferred to you upon delivery, and we are not responsible for loss or damage thereafter.
6. Fraud Prevention & Security
6.1 We conduct anti fraud checks using personal information you provide during checkout. This may involve sharing details with credit reference or fraud prevention agencies.

- These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Pricing Information, constitute the complete agreement between 8YardKilt and the customer.
- Verbal representations or statements made by our staff do not override these written terms.
