Return Requirements
- All returns must be accompanied by the Return Form.
- Original Invoice and original tag(s) must be included with your return.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items should be returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return & Exchange Period
- We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date of your order.
- Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@8yardkilt.com, and we will start an investigation.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used during the purchase.
- Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
- Exchanges are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- No Exchange for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items simply due to a change of mind. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before finalizing your order.
- Refund processing time: Once your return is approved, processing may take up to 15 business days. Refunds may take 20-25 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Defective and non-defective products: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to our return policy.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please choose a reliable shipping carrier for returning items to our facility.
- Shipping products back to our facility is done at your own expense.
Product Condition & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping & handling, or regular wear and wash.
- Stolen or lost orders: Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery as we are not responsible for stolen or lost orders marked as delivered.
Processing Times
- Return processing may take up to 2 weeks after we receive your returned items.
- Please note that exchanges or refunds will be processed only after approval.
